A selection of photos that capture the overwhelming feeling that comes from being a tiny spec on the landscape of the endless backcountry. A feeling that is so strong, many dedicate their lives to it’s beauty. It is something that I first felt when moving to the mountains of British Columbia and has since directed my life here in ways I never imagined. From a quick hike through the vibrant rainforest we have here in the summer, to winter expeditions that take us through glaciated mountain scapes, that feeling of fragility and insignificance is prevalent throughout and one that occupies the stagnant mind of a traveler.
